I condemned the DVLA in a Commons debate, demanding urgent overhaul of its delays. I highlighted Redditch constituent Kevin Flemming, a brain tumour survivor forced into semi-retirement by a two-year battle to reclaim his driving licence despite full medical clearance. I warned that 85% of my casework involves chasing failing public bodies, with delays risking undermining road safety. I pledged to keep fighting for efficient services, fairer systems for Worcestershire drivers and restated support for the Ghost Plates Bill tackling cloned number plates.
