At a recent constituency surgery, several residents raised serious issues about delayed deliveries, missed post, and general unreliability. I have since met with Royal Mail and received repeated assurances that the service would improve. Unfortunately, the further reports and correspondence I am receiving show that these problems remain widespread and unresolved.

A reliable postal service is a basic expectation, and the people of Redditch should not have to tolerate such poor performance.

To ensure your concerns are heard at the highest level, I have formally presented a petition on the floor of the House of Commons. But services are still deteriorating.
