Securing Driving Licence Reinstatement

I have secured the reinstatement of constituent Kevin’s driving licence after a two-year DVLA delay. Kevin, an HMRC employee and brain tumour survivor, was forced into semi-retirement despite full medical clearance. Following raising his case in Parliament, the licence was finally returned. While welcoming the outcome, I warned that other constituents have since come forward with similar experiences, pointing to wider DVLA problems. I am demanding a meeting with transport ministers
