Praising “Extra Special” Primrose Hospice

I praised Primrose Hospice and Family Support Centre for its compassionate and holistic care, following a visit on Friday, 21st February.

Meeting with CEO David Burrell, staff, volunteers, and patients, I saw firsthand the lifeline support Primrose provides to over 1,200 people each year, over half of whom live in Redditch and the Villages. I highlighted the hospice’s holistic approach, offering not just end-of-life care but bereavement support, benefits advice, and complementary therapy.

I urged residents to support Primrose through donating, volunteering, or spreading the word to help it continue its vital work.
