I met staff and residents benefiting from government-funded schemes like Restart and Connect to Work, which provide tailored coaching to help overcome employment barriers. I heard from a constituent about how personalised support helped him return to work. I praised Seetec’s team and pledged to connect them with local employers, colleges and community networks.
