Joining Winyates Green Residents for Spooktacular Halloween Celebration

I joined residents and volunteers at the Winyates Green Residents Association’s annual Halloween Community Event, celebrating the strong community spirit in Winyates Green. The family-friendly afternoon featured fancy dress, games, stalls and a cake-decorating competition between me and Cllr Jen Snape. I praised the committee’s hard work, highlighting how events like these strengthen local ties and bring neighbours together. I thanked the volunteers for creating a welcoming atmosphere and making Winyates Green a vibrant place to live. The association will host its next event, a community Christmas celebration, in late November.
