Joining Reindustrialisation Group

I have become a founding officer of Reindustrialisation Research Group. The cross-party parliamentary group aims to rebalance the UK economy towards production, boosting manufacturing, energy and agriculture to create skilled jobs. Bringing together MPs, peers and industry experts, ReRG will draft long-term industrial policy. I highlighted the initiative will support Redditch’s manufacturing heritage.

Britain needs an economy that makes more, builds more, and creates skilled jobs in communities like Redditch.

I pledged to use the group to develop policy helping local businesses grow.
