Debating Allergy Safety at Schools

I secured a backbench business debate on allergy safeguarding at schools this week and raised with the Minister the need to take action on this important topic.

I was pleased to be joined by colleagues who shared their own experiences of allergies, and to have the support of the Benedict Blythe Foundation, the Natasha Allergy Research Foundation and Allergy UK in calling for mandatory training for staff, allergy policies in all schools and spare adrenaline auto-injectors.
