I delivered a passionate speech in the House of Commons, highlighting the economic and social impact of non-league football, with a focus on Redditch United FC.
Leading the Adjournment Debate, I praised the club’s £2.5 million contribution to the local economy and its community initiatives, including mental health campaigns, walking football, and youth engagement.
Warning of the challenges facing non-league clubs, I called for a Government review into grassroots football sustainability. We must act now to safeguard these vital community assets. I pledge to keep fighting for non-league football’s future.
