Backing Cancer Research UK’s Call for Bold National Cancer Plan

I met with Cancer Research UK to support their campaign for a bold, fully funded National Cancer Plan. I discussed the importance of early diagnosis, timely treatment and cutting-edge research to improve outcomes for patients in Redditch and across the UK. I praised the charity’s work and committed to championing access to quality cancer care and investment in medical research. The campaign calls for clear targets and dedicated resources to reduce health inequalities and ensure everyone can benefit from advances in cancer treatment.
