Rallying Redditch to Back the Lionesses and Demanding Action on Online Abuse

I am urging local residents to show their support for England’s Lionesses as they head into Sunday’s UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 Final — while also demanding stronger action from tech companies to tackle racist and misogynistic abuse directed at players.

I have co-signed an open letter with over 90 MPs, calling on Meta and X to protect players like Jess Carter, who was forced offline due to online hate.

The Lionesses represent the best of our country. It’s time for tech giants to act.
