Hosting Manufacturing Roundtable

I hosted a manufacturing roundtable with leading employers from North Moons Moat and Lakeside industrial estates. Organised with the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce at Bee Lighting, the meeting brought together firms to discuss energy costs, skills shortages and recruitment. I highlighted plans for a RecruitFest jobs fair to connect jobseekers with local manufacturing careers.

My role is to ensure their voices are heard in Westminster and to remove barriers to growth.
