Hailing RecruitFest Job Fair

I praised the success of RecruitFest, a dynamic jobs and skills festival held at The Canopies in Redditch. Delivered alongside Redditch Jobcentre and local partners, the event brought together over 40 employers, training providers and community organisations in a festival-style setting. Attracting a record-breaking turnout of more than 500 attendees, several jobseekers secured employment offers on the day.

RecruitFest was about connecting local people with opportunities on their doorstep. The response exceeded all expectations and we will build on this momentum.
