Congratulating Millcroft Care Home on Fantastic CQC Report

I visited HC-One’s Millcroft Care Home in Redditch to congratulate staff on their recent fantastic Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection reports. Touring the 66-bed residential and dementia care home, which includes a cinema room, vintage tearoom and panoramic sky bar, I praised the team’s care, compassion and professionalism, calling Millcroft “a shining example of person-centred care.”

I also celebrated resident Joan Partridge, aged 103, who has become a TikTok star. Millcroft is a place where residents are empowered to thrive—I’m proud to champion their work.
