Backing New Affordable Homes in Redditch

I welcomed progress on major local housing projects delivering affordable, sustainable homes for families. At St Gregory’s in Winyates, a long-neglected site is being transformed into 25 high-quality homes – 12 for social rent and 13 for shared ownership – built with low-carbon materials to cut energy bills. I also toured a £35 million regeneration project near the town centre, creating 175 modern homes with features including EV charging points.
