At a recent constituency surgery, several residents raised serious issues about delayed deliveries, missed post, and general unreliability. I have since met with Royal Mail and received repeated assurances that the service would improve. Unfortunately, the further reports and correspondence I am receiving show that these problems remain widespread and unresolved.

A reliable postal service is a basic expectation, and the people of Inkberrow should not have to tolerate such poor performance.

To ensure your concerns are heard at the highest level, I am launching a petition which I will formally present on the floor of the House of Commons. This will allow me to publicly set out my frustration and hold Royal Mail to account for the ongoing failings. I will also be presenting the petition directly to senior Royal Mail officials.
