Celebrating Women in Business Ahead of International Women’s Day

I praised the achievements of women in business and community leadership ahead of International Women’s Day.

During a visit to Tesco Redditch Extra, I learned about the Accelerator Programme supporting UK entrepreneurs, including many female-founded brands and welcomed a local event attended by around 200 people, including young women from local schools.

Women’s leadership helps make Redditch and the Villages a vibrant place to live and work and initiatives like this inspire future leaders. International Women’s Day is a vital opportunity to celebrate progress and continue the push for equality.
